Terms and Conditions
1. That all members agree to inform us of any changes to the ownership of the goods and notify us when goods are sold, damaged, no longer in use or stolen.
2. That the members agree that if their goods are stolen and recovered, that the relevant Law agencies when they search the items that their contact details be allowed to be identified as the owner of the said property when the search is carried out. NOTE: This only applies to items that have been marked as stolen.
3. If an insurance claim has been made and paid out that members indicate that the claim has been paid and also identify the claim number relevant to the said property.
4. If using any of the features within the site they abide and act in good faith at all times.
5. Never give out your access and pass to anyone.
6. Items marked under your membership are for use with that specific membership type. Example, business assets are not listed under a household membership policy. In doing so you may void your membership and your insurance policy by false claims.
7. If you sell or pass on assets that are registered that you notify us of the new owners so that we may inform them of the system.
8. Maintain a valid email address or contact details at all times.
9. When submitting a stolen property report you state the facts of the incident truthfully and without any fraudulent information. Only assets that are registered can be submitted via the police report.
10. If an item is registered twice on the system that has the same manufacturer and serial # combined the information will be sent to the police to see if any fraudulent claims have been made.
11. If you register an item that has been flagged and is still flagged on the system as stolen your information will be sent to the police.
